Twenty-three additional communities have been placed in the red zone this week, bringing the total number of Massachusetts cities and towns at the highest risk for COVID-19 infection to 63.
Middleton remains at the top of the list with an average daily incidence rate over the last two weeks of 105.2 cases per 100,000 residents. The Federal Aviation Administration said Spirit Airlines Flight 208, an Airbus A320, was leaving from Las Vegas on July, 24 and headed to Dallas-Fort Worth. The flight was diverted to Albuquerque, NM, due to the passenger’s medical issue.
